Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving targets. Key responsibilities include setting team goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and addressing any team issues. The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills, including team management and setting goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and understanding of digital loan marketplace
• Analytical skills and experience in credit score analytics
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, or related field
