Key Responsibilities

• Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing
• Sourcing candidates through internal database, job portals, social network, and advertisement
• Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skillsets
• Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
• Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of the interview
• Regularly follow-up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail
• Sending updates weekly basis to show the current hiring status
