The Area Manager is responsible for driving overall sales operations, business performance, and profitability (EBIDTA) across a cluster of outlets. This role involves building high-performing teams, ensuring operational discipline, managing inventory, and delivering superior service standards. A key focus will be on customer retention, new customer acquisition, and maintaining consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Performance
- Drive top-line and bottom-line growth for the cluster in line with business development plans.
- Achieve monthly consumption and collection targets.
- Manage product categories effectively (Hair Care, Products, Anti-ageing, etc.).
2. Systems & Process Orientation
Ensure strict SOP adherence and compliance across all outlets.Manage stock, transfers, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage.Conduct timely process audits and ensure improvement in Mystery Audit Scores.3. Customer Service
Deliver high-quality, effective services to all customers.Engage with high-value clients (HNI) to build relationships and drive repeat purchases.Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and work towards customer delight.4. People Management
Oversee manpower planning, improve productivity, and control labor costs in partnership with HR.Conduct periodic performance evaluations and drive team development.Coach, mentor, and groom staff for higher responsibilities.Enhance clinic productivity through effective engagement with doctors, customer care executives, and key team members.Focus on employee engagement to reduce attrition.5. Discipline
Enforce discipline regarding attendance, punctuality, and conduct in line with organizational policies.Train staff on code of conduct and handle violations effectively.Report incidents promptly, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure timely action.Qualifications & Experience
MBA (preferred) or equivalent professional qualification.Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing multi-outlet operations in high-end retail, banking, or related industries.Experience in handling multiple stores / teams is essential.Competencies
Strong data management skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent people management and leadership abilities.Proven track record in sales excellence and business development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused with high service orientation.Special Requirements
