Assistant Facility Manager -Technical

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implementation of 52 week PPM calendar for all machines and equipment's.
• AMC management with OEM's and external vendors.
• Upkeep and maintenance of earthing system.
• Ensuring DG / UPS back up.
• Ensure compliances related to all technical equipment's as per quality / ISO and pollution control board requirements
• Training of technical staff.
• Ensuring Energy saving and conservation measures.
• Tracking and monitoring energy, water, fuel consumptions and its analysis.
• Ensure seamless operations for all equipment's and machinery through service partner team.
• Liaoning with power supply / grid agency like MSEDCL or any other state or private power supplier during power outages / shutdowns.
• Ensure un-interrupted power supply from power from main grid.
• Ensure documentation related to audit requirement related to Quality, EHS and OHSAS. Maintaining records of all equipment and machine logs and history cards.
• Maintaining all documents and projects handing / taking over documents.
