Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria, canteen, transportation, horticulture, facility administration, pest control, security management, MMR & DMR.
- Ensure efficient operations of facilities and services to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
