Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Specialist. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing customer service. The role involves daily communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
