Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client portfolios across insurance and mutual fund products to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle client queries and resolve complaints related to app usage, fund performance, and service issues.
• Assist clients with timely renewal of policies, premium payments, and processing GST waivers.
• Empanel with new Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and insurance providers to expand product offerings.
• Source new business opportunities through existing client relationships as well as new client acquisitions.
• Manage and initiate insurance claims, including travel, health, and other categories, ensuring smooth settlement.
• Prepare, analyze, and present client portfolio reports in Excel to provide performance reviews and recommendations
