  • Position Summary The Account Specialist will act as a key liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for managing communications, aligning project timelines, and delivering work that meets both client expectations and strategic goals.
  • Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management : Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Project Coordination : Work with internal teams-creative, strategy, digital, and production-to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Campaign Support : Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Display campaigns.
  • Briefing & Documentation : Translate client requirements into actionable briefs; maintain trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Quality Assurance : Review deliverables to ensure they align with client goals and brand guidelines before final submission.
  • Problem Solving : Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism and speed, escalating issues when required.
  • Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, or project coordination-preferably in a digital or integrated agency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and storytelling.
