Position Summary The Account Specialist will act as a key liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client deliverables.
You will be responsible for managing communications, aligning project timelines, and delivering work that meets both client expectations and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management : Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and timely communication.
Project Coordination : Work with internal teams-creative, strategy, digital, and production-to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Campaign Support : Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Display campaigns.
Briefing & Documentation : Translate client requirements into actionable briefs; maintain trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.
Quality Assurance : Review deliverables to ensure they align with client goals and brand guidelines before final submission.
Problem Solving : Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism and speed, escalating issues when required.
Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, or project coordination-preferably in a digital or integrated agency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.
Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
