Zonal Sales Managers
We're now hiring Zonal Sales Managers for North, South, East, West & Central India leaders who can own their territory, deliver results, and inspire teams to Mission :
- Own & grow your regions dealer / distributor network.
- Craft smart, aggressive sales strategies and meet ambitious targets.
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Lead & mentor BDM and CRR teams to peak performance.
- Represent Servotech as the market leader in your You'll Bring :
- MBA preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience in solar / renewable / channel sales with 3 years in leadership.
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management,
- Strong leadership and team management skills,
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
- Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.)
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans,
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools,
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus,
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone as needed,
