As part of our continued global expansion in the biosimilars and biologics segment , we are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager / AGM / DGM – Business Development professional to lead strategic licensing, partnerships, and commercialization initiatives that accelerate our global growth trajectory.
About the Role
This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker and dealmaker who thrives at the intersection of science and business. You will be responsible for driving MSN’s in-licensing and out-licensing strategy, cultivating high-value global partnerships and executing business development initiatives that shape our biologics pipeline and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business development activities for biosimilars and biologics — from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Drive in-licensing and out-licensing programs across key global markets.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial collaborations.
Manage backend deal execution, including due diligence, term sheet finalization, and contract management.
Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, finance and legal teams to align business and scientific objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Represent MSN Group at global conferences, investor meetings and business forums to strengthen the company’s international footprint.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
What We’re Looking For
12–15 years of experience in Business Development, Licensing, or Strategic Partnerships within biosimilars, biologics, or biotechnology industries.
Proven expertise in global deal-making, licensing negotiations, and alliance management.
Master’s in Lifesciences (M.Sc. Biotechnology / Biochemistry or any relevant subject or M.Pharm) or MBA (Marketing, International Business, or Strategy preferred).
Deep understanding of biopharma commercialization models, market access pathways, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate scientific insights into strategic business opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
