Role Description
Manage and grow assigned e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, Jiomart, etc.).
Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace representatives and partners.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share.
Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart ads, etc.).
Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, sales trends).
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and marketplace policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Trademark & Brand Registry Knowledge
Qualifications
Experience in managing ecommerce accounts, client coordination, and driving online sales
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing ecommerce strategies
Skills in optimizing product listings and monitoring campaign performance
Knowledge in executing marketing and promotional activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment
Experience in the retail or ecommerce industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
