Role Description
- Manage and grow assigned e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, Jiomart, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace representatives and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share.
- Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, sales trends).
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and marketplace policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

Experience in managing ecommerce accounts, client coordination, and driving online salesProficiency in analyzing sales data and developing ecommerce strategiesSkills in optimizing product listings and monitoring campaign performanceKnowledge in executing marketing and promotional activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environmentExperience in the retail or ecommerce industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
