Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or e-commerce,

ideally with a focus on Amazon, Walmart.

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce campaigns, particularly in listing

    • optimization and advertising.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with USA-based

    • clients.

  • Fluency in English is a must; both written and verbal communication must be

    • strong.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and a client-first attitude.
  • Experience working in an agency setting or with large e-commerce platforms

    • (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is highly preferred.
