Role : Quick-Commerce Account Manager

Bizwize consulting is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to join their team in Bangalore. You would be responsible for managing and growing the sales on various Quick Commerce & E-Commerce marketplaces like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, flipkart, Nykaa etc. for our clients. The scope includes working knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart account management, paid advertising on marketplaces, search engine optimization on marketplaces, cataloging of products, enhanced brand content creation and maintaining the account health of our clients on the marketplaces. Along with working on business goals, this person will also be responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with them for business success.

What you will be doing (Responsibilities) :

  • You will be working on revenue maximization on marketplaces for our clients via the following :
  • Creating & Managing paid campaigns on Quick Commerce Platforms like Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc. & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc
  • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results on campaigns and deliver strong RoAS as per client expectations.
  • Product listing creation, keyword optimization and catalog management.
  • A+ Content creation for all product listings
  • Monitor and optimize campaign spending, keyword bids, negative keywords, campaign targeting, and other important account metrics.
  • Inventory Management along with pricing strategy.
  • Managing the account health of marketplace accounts by managing all account metrics within the permissible limits by working with
  • Providing creative and messaging inputs for better conversion.

This would include the following :

  • Work on a daily basis with the client's team to update inventory, branding content, process orders and create optimizations for the listings.
  • Maintain account health by ensuring seamless communication with the warehouse team regarding order shipments
  • What the role requires :

  • 2- 3 years of experience of handling seller accounts on Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart, Amazon and other marketplaces or Ads Management Experience.
  • Working knowledge of how marketplaces like Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart etc. work and how brands could grow on these platforms.
  • Proven capability and comfort with analyzing numbers and coming up with effective insights and solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with large raw datasets and generate actionable insights in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Experience with Data Visualization tools like Google Looker Studio / Microsoft Power BI a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and client relationship skills.
