About the role
Cbus is embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our risk culture, frameworks, tools, governance and reporting and is seeking a new Change Manager to join our team. Working along side Project Managers, SME’s and technical delivery teams to embed changes the Change Manager will design, develop and implement change management activities across our Risk Transformation program of work. You will conduct change impact assessments, design effective change management and communication plans, enable change readiness, manage stakeholder engagement plans and report on the status and progress of initiatives.
