Job Summary

Vir Innovations is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Operations professional who can support in overall business operations by managing day-to-day tasks & administrative needs with functions such as, cooperate with different departments for project management, support in HR activities such as talent acquisition & retention, administration and improve processes, procedures and policies of the organization.

Candidates with prior experience or understanding of operations within the Defence, Robotics, or Technology Development domain will be given preference.

Ultimately, the HR & Operations Associate will coordinate across various departments to ensure smooth administrative, operational, and HR functioning of the organization.

Skills required :

1. Strong initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently.

5. Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS & project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp).

6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Desired Candidate profile :

1. Prior experience in HR, operations, or project coordination roles within the Defence, Robotics, Engineering, or Technology Development sectors is highly desirable.

2. Keen interest in business operations aligned with company objectives.

3. Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.

4. Ability to manage and coordinate a team of 25+ employees.

5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

6. Ability to quickly learn and implement organization-specific tools and software.

7. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

8. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA / MBA / Operations Management or a relevant field.

Net Pay Offered : Up to INR 5.0 LPA, subject to skills and experience.
