Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop, manage, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure timely collection and proper filing of candidate documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate with the Finance Manager for accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll.Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and statutory compliance.Administration & Office Management
Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient operations in the country office.Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring purchases align with budgetary guidelines.Manage vendor relationships and liaise with government or regulatory bodies as needed.Training, Development & Performance Management
Facilitate employee training, career development, and performance maintenance programs.Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain high performance and engagement.Investigate employee relations issues and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices.Leadership & Compliance
Ensure adherence to employment laws, organizational policies, and HR best practices.Foster a positive and productive work environment through transparent communication and effective leadership.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).4+ years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to handle employee grievances, performance management, and compensation planning.Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Skills Required
