Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HR onboarding processes, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR data administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality employee experience through accurate query resolution, efficient onboarding, and support across the employee lifecycle.Experience- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery roles.- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM).- Mandatory experience with HR onboarding processes.- Proven background supporting end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as benefits, rewards, transfers, and offboarding.- Experience in SLA-driven environments handling high-volume HR transactions and inquiries.Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate completion of transactional requests and HR queries in line with defined SLAs and priorities.- Provide exceptional support and resolution of employee and manager HR-related queries.- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) with high accuracy.- Own end-to-end data administration processes including follow-ups for missing information or approvals.- Adhere strictly to Desktop Procedures and Knowledge Base articles for all transactions.- Comply with the Maker-Checker process to maintain quality control across HR operations.- Proactively monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.- Support onboarding processes with a focus on a seamless and efficient new hire experience.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to other HR platforms.- Understanding of HR data systems, onboarding workflows, and HR service delivery best practices.- Assessment sheet must be submitted along with the resume for consideration.Non-Technical Requirements- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – non-negotiable.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential data with integrity.- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving operational issues.
