Job descriptionGraduate (any stream); MBA or relevant specialization preferred. 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research (solar or renewable energy sector preferred). Good understanding of solar energy and its products . Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Willingness to travel for business development and partner meetings.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and develop new business opportunities for R-Solar. The role involves market research, exploring potential areas for business expansion, evaluating channel partner opportunities, and working closely with leadership on strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new areas for business expansion (channel partners, exclusive associates, or company-owned offices).
- Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Work actively with the leadership and management team to develop and execute expansion strategies.
- Support in creating presentations, reports, and proposals for business development.
- Track and report new findings, leads, and opportunities regularly.
