We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team in Indore .

Roles & Responsibilities :

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales in the IT or software services industry.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads across domestic and international markets.
• Proven experience in cold calling .
• Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr , etc.
• Create proposals, negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Maintain records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
