We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore . The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development or client acquisition, preferably in the job portal , staffing consultancy , or academic / technology industry. This role is best suited for someone who understands B2B sales, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, connect, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners
- Promote and sell recruitment services, job portal subscriptions, or academic-tech solutions based on the company's offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, corporate clients, and institutional stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare customized proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams for successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings in CRM systems
