Main Accountabilities

Site Working- To be accountable of No. of visits and Ddemos to be provided at Unique sites, minimum 50150 sites to be visited which should include minimum 30100 unique sites. (nos may vary depending upon the geographical zone and no of team-mates being handled).,
Site Conversion - Should be responsible for Conversion definition : site conversions, with Ssingle order of min 20 bags / site or monthly purchase of 50 bagsvalue of minimum 10k.
Is accountable for New registrations of IHBs on BuildXpert app- Minimum- 25 per month
Complaint Management – will be responsible for attending, handling, closing and reporting the complaints.
Team
Site Services- Services in 60 unique sites or Service package in 50 unique sites per month
Including min 15 slab supervision (min 5 from converted sites and 10 from existing JK sites). For South 30 unique site services. Avg time response time of complaint / service request- 2 working day from time of complaint / service request receipt Management – Responsible for managing the team of Apprentice Trainees and would be accountable foe collective performance including the team.
Contractor Relationship Management – Responsible for managing the top 20 contractors directly and @50 contractors / apprentice trainee as a supervisor. (nos may vary depending upon the geographical zone and no of team-mates being handled).
Events- Is responsible for events -As per planning for the month, Max of 10 events in a month.(4 per SE or as per the event calendar)
Sales Performance- Is responsible for Premium Product Sale-As per the target and achievement of the business sales plan for the territorypromoting sales of premium products
