Job Title : Business Development Manager – Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
Job Purpose :
The role is to be single point responsible and accountable for Sales and Business Development in the Andhra Pradesh, Telangana regions
Description of the roles and responsibilities
Single point accountable and responsibility for Business Development activities of Enerparc, in AP, Telangana
Develop Quality Leads as well as convert maximum possible leads into last mile opportunities
Achieve Order booking as well as margin targets in the region.
Analyze client requirements and propose techno commercial Solutions in coordination with Pre-Bid Engineering team
Negotiating and Order Closure (EPC / PPA)
Responsible for client relationship management, from lead development to project handover to post project feedback.
Developing and managing Channel partners
Maintaining the Sales database in the ERP in timely manner.
Participation in external events and conferences in order to improve visibility of Enerparc
Support Internal Stakeholders
Skills and tools
Self-driven and motivated.
Clear communication.
Clarity on fundamental engineering concepts
Ability to manage work with travel
High energy levels and ability to work & deliver under pressure
EPC Contract and PPA knowledge
Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar Expertise
Education : B Tech / B E
Experience : Around 6-8 years.
