Proven experience in managing C&B teams and large-scale programs. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and global compensation practices.

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager with 12–15 years of experience to lead our C&B function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs, and will have successfully led teams in this domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring our total rewards strategy aligns with business goals and supports talent. Attraction, retention, and engagement.
