Overview :
The General Manager – Recruitment will be responsible for driving large-scale bulk hiring across multiple industries with a specialization in Sales, Fintech, E-commerce, and BPO sectors. This leadership role demands a combination of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management to ensure seamless hiring delivery in high-demand, fast-paced business environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations, delivering on high-volume recruitment needs across Sales, Fintech, E-commerce, and BPO verticals.
- Design and execute scalable hiring strategies to meet aggressive business targets and workforce expansion requirements.
- Build, mentor, and manage large recruitment teams focused on volume delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with business heads and HR leadership to forecast hiring demand and align recruitment capacity accordingly.
- Establish strong sourcing networks, vendor partnerships, and digital pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
- Drive process efficiency by using analytics, dashboards, and recruitment metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining speed and quality of hiring.
- Manage compliance, budgets, and timelines effectively across multiple large-scale hiring projects.
