Your Role

As an

Associate General Manager – Supply Growth Acquisition,

you will drive the expansion of our property portfolio by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding premium vacation homes. You will develop and execute targeted strategies to attract homeowners, negotiate agreements, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will focus on analyzing market trends, streamlining supply pipelines, and optimizing acquisition processes to support business growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure newly onboarded properties meet company standards, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

About You

8+ years of experience in business development, real estate acquisitions, or strategic partnerships, ideally in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

Strong market research and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, ensuring trust and partnership.

Strategic mindset with experience in developing acquisition plans and improving supply chain efficiency.

Expertise in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and financial assessment to secure high-value properties.

Comfortable working with data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and drive measurable results.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across departments and external partners.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
