Sales Strategy Development :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans at the national level to achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with overall corporate goals and objectives.
2. Team Leadership and Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers across various regions to ensure alignment with national sales strategies and consistent achievement of targets.
3. Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Monitor and analyze national sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to optimize sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
4. Market Analysis and Business Development : Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities at the national level. Develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and expand market share.
5. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners at the national level to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
6. Strategic Planning and Execution : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives and programs that support sales growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
