About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager – India Markets (Sales, Marketing & Business Development).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement market entry & growth strategies for India.

Expand distribution networks & strategic alliances.

Lead Business Development for APIs, PFIs & Finished Dosages.

Drive market intelligence, customer engagement & deal closures.

Build & lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Pharma / Science graduate with Business Management specialization.

Required Skills

Strong experience in India Pharma market entry, Sales & BD.

Expertise in B2B Pharma (APIs & Formulations) and regulatory understanding.

Proven network with decision-makers in pharma.

Preferred Skills

Leadership experience in the pharma industry.
