Recruitment Manager

We are looking for someone with experience in Domestic Recruitment ONLY.

It is for the Internal requirement of V3 and not for the client.

Handling End-End Recruitments.

Managing stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management, etc.)

Should have around 8 - 12 Years of recruitment experience and excellent knowledge of various IT domains.

Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills.

Should have experience in Bulk Hiring.

Should come up with different recruitment strategies.

Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team targets are met

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements related to recruitment and selection

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and databases.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial / Lead role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and people management skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies

Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
