Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to accelerate our market presence, grow strategic client relationships, and lead sales for our robotics and IoT offerings across India. This role is ideal for someone with deep B2B technology sales experience and a passion for emerging technologies. You will play a critical role in Centelon's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations, collaborating with technical teams where required.
  • Engage closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Travel across India (up to 15 days / month) to drive business development and client engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of total experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B technology sales .
  • Proven success in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and consultative selling approaches.
  • Engineering background— BE, BTech, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Based in Mumbai or open to relocating.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within India.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling IoT, robotics, automation , or related emerging technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or infrastructure.
