About the Role

Join TÜV SÜD , a global leader in testing, inspection & certification, as a Business Development Manager – Service Sales . Take the lead in growing our footprint in the Oil, Gas, Refinery & Chemical sectors by driving sales of high-value, compliance-driven services such as :

  • Third-Party Inspections (TPI)
  • Safety Audits
  • Certifications
  • Process Safety Assessments
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales to meet ₹5–7 Cr annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in both public and private sectors.
  • Promote TÜV SÜD's core services including TPI, safety audits, certifications , and process safety .
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term contracts.
  • Manage empanelment and registration processes with key clients and industry bodies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, standards-compliant proposals.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and foster repeat business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.
  • Requirements

  • Experience : 5–10 years in B2B service sales or business development in Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors.
  • Industry Know-How : In-depth understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications , and process safety .
  • Sales Success : Proven record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts.
  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Planning : Ability to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Education

  • B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
