A ccount Manager – Restaurant Onboarding
Responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and timely go-live process, and setting them up for long-term success.. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategie.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboard new restaurant partners from contract signature to go-live, ensuring all setup requirements are met.
Ensure accurate setup of restaurant information including menus, pricing, delivery details, and branding.
Monitor progress and track key milestones during onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving any blockers.
Build strong relationships with restaurant partners to ensure a positive first impression and foundation for long-term retention.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to handover accounts post-onboarding with all documentation and insights.
Maintain and update CRM or onboarding tools with detailed notes and progress.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
Coordinated with central teams to execute initiatives boosting revenue.
Engaged owners to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
4 years+ of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar roles, preferably in food tech or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, or CRMs
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food, hospitality, and helping partners succeed.
Prior experience onboarding restaurants or working in a food delivery, POS, or restaurant tech platform.
