Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, design, content, media, and strategy, to deliver projects on time and with impact.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets efficiently.
- Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and results to clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client performance and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain a high level of organization and accountability in all client communications.
- Since The Platter is a startup, be prepared to wear multiple hats and step in to support other roles or projects whenever needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in account management within a creative, marketing, or digital agency.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Strong understanding of social media, brand communication, and marketing strategy.Startup mindset, adaptable, self-driven, and eager to grow with the team.What We Offer
