Role & responsibilities
- Ensures effective implementation of HR policies and HR initiative
- 100% implement of applicable statutes and facing the statutory audits
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle and 100 compliance of pre set online systems
- Responsible for employee life cycle end to end and improving the procedures at part with the
- industry
- Handling the Talent management individual development plan and succession plan
- Responsible for performance management system of Onroll and off roll employees
- Ensures payment of salaries to all employees working at various locational offices, on the due dates
- Implements SOPs regarding ISO and Personnel related compliance of USFDA and other
- regulatory authorities
- Organizing surveys and Developing the action plans, executing the actions plans
- Ensures timely submission of Returns to various Statutory Agencies
- Coordinating for GMP, Safety Behavioral and functional training activities and maintaining the
- records for audits
- Coordinates work related to KRAs and prepares data required for release of annual increments
- and promotions
- Establishes Liaison with Neighboring Industries, PF Authorities, Employment Exchanges,
- Apprenticeship Advisor, Labour Department and other authorities appointed under various acts
- Conducts exit interviews, Full Final Settlements, prepares attrition analysis and maintains
- records thereof.
Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of experience in overall functions of Human Resources and HR CompliancesCandidates should have good experience in HR system and leading a team.Good communication and negotiation skillInterpersonal skillsGood presentations and public speaking skillsSkills Required
