Roles & Responsibilities :
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaign across Channel Business.
- Drive unified brand identity across all customer-facing events and activities
- Roll out multi-channel digital campaigns across focus segments . Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for optimization
- Drive market research to communicate and support to sale team about

- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Integrate insights from VOCs and regional performance into communication
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for all marketing activities
Job Specifications :
Essential Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience of Engineering Goods / Services Marketing will be an added advantageExperience : 5 - 7 years of experience in on- ground and digital marketingCritical Competencies of Job :
Hands on experience in running digital campaigns with performance optimization in B2BCreative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and AI is an advantageSkills Required
