We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive our brand growth, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and manage a high-performing team. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and performance marketing.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
