The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with B2B email marketing, thrives on optimization, and knows how to leverage AI tools to elevate campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute impactful B2B email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop email marketing strategies focused on measurable growth in deliverability, open, and click rates.
- Perform A / B testing, automation workflows, and list segmentation to deliver personalized experiences.
- Analyze performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions) and take proactive optimization actions.
- Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to create compelling, high-performing templates.
- Implement best practices for sender reputation, inbox placement, and campaign compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve personalization, performance prediction, and efficiency.
- Understand and map the customer journey to deliver timely, relevant, and conversion-oriented communications.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in email marketing with team leadership exposure.Proven track record of executing high-performing B2B campaigns across global audiences.Deep understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign optimization.Proficient in handling multiple email marketing platforms.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (for content generation, segmentation, or optimization) is a strong plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
