The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to finding and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the company culture.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
