Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Plant HR Manager to lead the HR
function at our Sangareddy plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
in managing 500+ workforce, driving HR strategy, and implementing best practices to
support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant with 500+ manpower.
- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment as per production needs.
- Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Labour Laws) and ensure zero non-compliance.
- Build and maintain strong industrial relations with shop-floor employees, unions, and government authorities.
- Implement HR policies, grievance redressal mechanisms, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead employee engagement, retention strategies, and welfare initiatives at the plant.
- Ensure seamless payroll management, attendance, and time office administration.
- Drive training & development initiatives to upskill workforce and build future leaders.
- Act as a strategic partner with plant leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant workplace in line with HR & EHS standards.
Requirements
MBA / MSW in HR or related field from a reputed institute.10–15 years of proven HR experience in a manufacturing / plant environment.Strong exposure to handling 500+ workforce in a plant setup.Expertise in IR, statutory compliance, and employee welfare.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.Why Join VFORM?
