Key Responsibilities
As Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for our Finance Groups (Financial Research and related business units), including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design, execute, and refine effective hiring strategies.
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using traditional and non-traditional platforms, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage recruitment programs for global operations while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
- Leverage market intelligence to provide insights on talent trends, competitor mapping, and industry best practices.
- Drive special projects and initiatives focused on employer branding, recruitment innovation, and process excellence.
- Ensure compliance and data integrity by maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Mentor and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Desired Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 8–14 years of recruitment experience .Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment with exposure to Financial Research or related domains .Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and building collaborative partnerships.Proficiency in sourcing across diverse platforms and conducting market / competitor analysis.Adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work culture with global exposure.Proven team management experience with strong organizational and analytical skills.
