We are seeking a dynamic HR recruitment professional to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with three months of experience who are eager to start their careers in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.Education
