At least a bachelor s degree in any discipline

1-7 years of experience in BPO bulk hiring, mass hiring, or volume hiring.

Exposure to banking recruitment or experience in hiring for banking roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with quick turnaround times.
