We are seeking a skilled Cisco Voice Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in designing and managing Cisco voice solutions, ensuring seamless communication systems within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco VoIP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice network issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on Cisco voice systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Cisco technologies and voice over IP trends.
Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Cisco voice technologies, including CUCM, Unity, and CUC.Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.Understanding of QoS principles and network performance optimization.Cisco certifications such as CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration are highly preferred.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
