Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced L3 Collaboration Engineer with expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and IP Telephony (IPT).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration solutions, including CUCM, CUCX, Cisco Unity Connection, and Jabber.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions including CUCM, CUCX, and Cisco Unity Connection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP Telephony (IPT) and Jabber issues.
- Support, optimize, and manage enterprise voice and video infrastructure.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and patch management for Cisco collaboration platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate collaboration solutions.
- Provide L3 support for escalated issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions.
- Maintain documentation and provide technical training to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies : CUCM, CUCX, Cisco Unity Connection, Jabber.Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, and QoS.Hands-on experience with IPT deployments, troubleshooting, and optimization.Proficiency in integrating Cisco voice and video solutions.Experience in Cisco gateways (ISR, VG) and SBCs.Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and security policies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration is a plus).Why Join Us ?
