🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Architect and implement AWS Connect call flows, routing profiles, and voicemail setups

Migrate IVR logic from Cisco CVP to Amazon Lex

Rebuild reporting from Cisco CUIC using AWS-native tools (QuickSight, Athena, Success KPI)

Integrate AWS Connect with enterprise systems via Lambda and API Gateway

Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation or Terraform

Conduct testing, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues

Document solutions and support operational handover

🔹 Must-Have Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and Cisco UCCE

Familiarity with IVR migration, cloud reporting, and system integration
