Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translate brand marketing strategies into creative strategies.
  • Analyze and evaluate competitive marketing environment to create and offer

Integrated Solutions for clients.

  • Serve as a business advisor not just to the client, but also to the management and the internal teams. Provide consistent, valuable and relevant market data for strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, internal teams to support a diverse pipeline of projects; mainline and or digital.
  • Lead on problem-solving and connect the dots between business, brand & marketing goals, and the channels, tactics and technologies that will work together to provide actionable result.
  • Inspect reports and keep abreast of campaign outreach and effectiveness.
  • Drive and build a solid business development model with continued focus on upselling while also leading the pitches for new business development.
  • Maintain a closer watch on the revenue and ensure deadlines and optimal credit period management are met.
  • Work closely with the strategic planner to improve current scope of work.
  • Lead and manage a team to create a roadmap for future leaders.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • 7-10 years of experience in the Advertising industry with 3-4 years experience of servicing the digital, social requirements of brands.
  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell consulting services within the client business.
  • Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
  • Team player with strong inter-personal and organizational skill.
  • Cultural competency and the ability to manage across cultures and functions.
