About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Account Manager to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. This role combines business development, bid management, and account leadership, requiring a professional who can balance commercial acumen with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bid & Proposal Leadership : Oversee the qualification of RFPs, prepare persuasive proposals, and design effective pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Strategic Feasibility Assessment : Evaluate project-level feasibility using proprietary tools, ensuring proposals are commercially viable and deliverable.
- Account Growth & Relationship Management : Partner with Sales and Account Directors to deepen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through consultative up-selling and cross-selling.
- CRM & Pipeline Oversight : Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system to maintain transparency and drive informed decision-making.
- Client Services Partnership : Collaborate with delivery teams to support smooth project execution, including providing strategic inputs and sourcing partners when required.
- Sales Enablement & Presentations : Support business development efforts by preparing high-impact presentations, sales collateral, and client engagement materials.
Experience & Qualifications :
3+ years of progressive experience in account management, business development, or proposal management within a client-facing environment.Proven ability to manage client relationships at senior levels, ensuring satisfaction while driving business outcomes.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a track record of creating professional and data-driven client deliverables.Demonstrated customer focus with experience in account growth, client servicing, or consultative sales.Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and relationship building.Key Skills :
