Job Role : Business Development Manager
Job Summary :
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth efforts. This role focuses on building strong business relationships, identifying new corporate clients, and driving consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for products such as LED displays, active LED video walls, digital screens, LED modules / power supplies, and LED signage through direct outreach, networking, and referrals
- Pitch relevant product solutions to senior decision-makers and close high-value B2B deals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation to contract signing
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling within the LED product range
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, timely delivery, and post-sale support
- Track performance metrics, client feedback, and report sales progress regularly to management
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales (LED industry preferred)Strong understanding of LED technology and its applications across industriesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze market trends and data to inform business strategiesBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldSkills Required
