As we scale into corporate gifting, offline retail, and B2B partnerships, we are looking for a strong sales professional who thrives on aggressive business development, relationship-building, and delivering measurable growth.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving offline growth through corporate tie-ups, bulk deals, and retail partnerships. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and relentless in pursuing new business opportunities —whether through existing corporate networks or converting cold leads. This role is highly incentive-driven with no cap on earnings, best suited for someone motivated by sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate; Institutional Sales
- Identify and close corporate tie-ups for bulk orders (employee gifting, events, travel kits).
- Leverage existing corporate / procurement contacts to generate business.
- Pitch STRUTT products to HR, Admin, and Procurement teams of companies.
- Offline Retail Partnerships
- Develop tie-ups with modern trade, lifestyle retail stores, and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and retail buyers.
- Negotiate margins, visibility, and promotional activities to maximize sell-through.
- Aggressive Sales Execution
- Drive cold calling, lead generation, and on-ground sales meetings with high conversion rates.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently deliver on monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
- Track competitors and identify market gaps to aggressively position STRUTT.
- Relationship & Account Management
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare detailed sales performance reports.
