Job Description :
- Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team.
- To bring the new Interior designing projects. Develop and organizes new business development initiatives and oversee department budget
- To meet with the prospective clients and close the deals
- To collect the details about the upcoming projects Requirements
- Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture / Interior Design / Business Administration with 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the high-end interiors industry.Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out ProjectsDemonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel.Skills Required
